Jacob Smith – Certified Reflexologist, Sound Healer, and Reiki Master
Jacob Smith is the founder of IntuitiveSole, where his work is rooted in the practice of Reflexology. Since 2024, he has completed over 400 hours of dedicated study and hands-on training, developing a grounded and intuitive approach to supporting the body through reflex points.
While reflexology is commonly associated with the feet, Jacob works with both the feet and hands, recognizing that each offers its own unique pathway to supporting the body’s systems. His sessions are designed to calm the nervous system, improve circulation, and create space for the body to reset and restore.
To complement his Reflexology practice, Jacob integrates Reiki and sound healing when appropriate. As a Reiki Master, he brings a subtle energetic awareness into sessions, helping to deepen relaxation and support the body’s natural flow. Through the use of singing bowls, he introduces gentle sound vibrations that can further release tension and enhance the overall experience.
Known for his calm, grounded, and attentive presence, Jacob creates intentional spaces where clients can slow down, reconnect, and experience a deeper sense of harmony within themselves.In his sound healing work, Jacob uses the resonance of singing bowls to help release tension and bring the body into a state of deep relaxation. Foot Reflexology:
Reflexology is a therapeutic technique that applies targeted pressure to specific points on the feet, which correspond to different organs and systems in the body.
By stimulating nerve endings, reflexology may help improve circulation, reduce tension, and support the nervous system in shifting into a relaxed, balanced state. This can promote overall well-being and help the body function more efficiently.
While not a replacement for medical care, reflexology is commonly used as a complementary therapy to reduce stress and support recovery.
In my sessions, I also incorporate a mindful, intuitive approach, with optional elements of sound healing and Reiki to enhance relaxation.
